Assistant Commercial Manager, Distributors

POSITION SUMMARY This role involves managing daily brand activities for the Distributors and Travel Retail Business. You will work closely with internal teams and business partners to ensure high-quality execution in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and store planning in assigned markets. Business sales target is not the key performance criteria for this position. The focus will be on providing a high level of business support to our key partners, which will contribute indirectly to overall business growth. You will support both the distributors and travel retail teams for two brands: Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Marketing Function Provide key accounts’ marketing support to Distributors and Travel Retail business. Manage all key partners’ local seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with regional direction and keeping it up to date. Work closely with the regional marketing team to convey updated marketing directions to all key accounts and ensure local retail marketing activities are executed properly per standard. Project lead together with partners on all local market events, maintaining and executing these projects at PVH standard, and act as a market lead for distributors to provide both support and participation in global events. Ensure and manage partner’s local execution in retail marketing, public relations, and local digital marketing activities are in line with brand direction; manage all approval processes in line with the regional marketing team. Compile and consolidate all marketing performance reports to track results and provide updates to management. Work closely with the regional VM team to ensure all seasonal assets are provided on time, manage all distributors and travel retail seasonal VM changeovers, ensuring local adoption/production is timely to catch seasonal launch date, and follow up on launch report submission from partners. May require overseas travelling and perform on‑site VM checks together with/without regional VM team to ensure completion of all seasonal installations as per guide; on‑site training/advice would be expected to provide. Store Planning & Development Manage the yearly POS roll out plan and report updates, providing periodic updates to both direct senior managers and PVH management. Prepare and submit new store initiation forms (SIF) to the system and ensure approval process and follow‑up on approval status. Work with the regional store planning team and key partners on store design and layout plans for each new/renovated project from kickoff until shop opens. Other duties include new store concept roll‑out pilot projects and preparation work for the regular touch‑base meeting with regional real‑estate expansion team. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Strong communication, negotiation, and organization skills to manage internal & external relationships. Analytical, systematic, and detail‑minded. Ability to work under pressure and deliver winning results under tight deadlines. Available for occasional travel within the assigned territories. Mature, independent, and with strong presentation and communication skills. Dynamic team player. Education & Professional Experience Bachelor’s degree holder or above. At least 5 years of account servicing experience. Prior experience in handling marketing and VM for key accounts is preferred. Work experience with other international brands is an asset. Knowledge/experience in handling Southeast Asia markets and Travel Retail management is also preferred. Skills Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Knowledge of Southeast Asian languages is a plus. Computer literate, with excellent skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and other Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
