Coordination of training initiatives and projects. Management of administrative tasks such as compiling training records, reports and statistics. Work with Human Resources teams to support people development initiatives to facilitate a cohesive approach to employee growth and skill enhancement. Requirements Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Human Resources or related disciplines. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the Hospitality Industry. Passionate in people development. Presentable, confident and able to build rapport with stakeholders. Strong administrative skills, detail-minded and able to work independently. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
