Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement. Staff Engagement and Community Support the execution of staff engagement activities and promote a positive workplace culture. Coordinate and organize community services, including exploring volunteer opportunities and managing volunteer services, and build positive relationships with both NGOs and individual volunteers. Organize and facilitate events aimed at staff development and engagement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, staff engagement, or related areas. Proven experience in staff engagement initiatives and volunteer service coordination.
