About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within People & Culture Department in Hong Kong, the Learning & Development Officer is responsible for monitoring departmental training activities and supporting the Learning & Development Management in delivering learning initiatives while creating a learning culture within the Hotel. The Learning & Development Officer reports to the Director of Learning & Development. Responsibilities Support variousLearning&Developmentfunctions which include planning and organizing trainingactivities, assisting in company-wide colleague communication and engagement activities Provideadministrative support to maintain intacttrainingrecords for internal and external audits Assist inhotel’s internship programme which includes recruitment, onboarding, visa application and other administration during the student’s internship period Assist in monitoring departmentaltrainingplan, trainingrecord andadministerLearningManagement System Maintain effective communications regularly fromLearning&Developmentto other colleagues through various channels Qualifications Degree holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines Minimum of2 yearsLearning&Developmentexperience Excellent communication and presentation skills Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin Strong computer andadministration skills Approachable, team player and self‑driven Our commitment to you Learning & Development.
