Responsibilities Support Business Development Department’s marketing functions and business operation flow, including project management, product promotion, client/channel events, KYC/AML cases follow-up, sales related documents/forms screening and follow-up, etc. Support account managers and relationship managers with sales activities, such as sales presentation kit preparation, marketing materials collation, product/member briefing preparation and account opening. Provide services to channel partners and clients such as enquiries handling, account opening, administrative/operation support and reports preparation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in business related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably within MPF industry Experience in client servicing Maintain Investment Representative License or having passed the related examination as approved by SFC from time to time Passed in MPF Intermediaries Examination is preferred Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Remuneration Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
