Corporate Finance - TMT Sector Team Director / Executive Director
  • Actively involved in marketing and origination of the sector’s transitions
  • Provide advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial modelling, regulatory and other business aspects
  • Lead and manage the whole transaction process with the execution team
  • Develop and maintain relations with external business parties, shareholders, investors, and service providers
  • Lead the team to achieve business targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in investment banking and familiar with equity-linked, bond-linked, and M&A businesses
  • Strong communication skills with industry experts and customers network
  • Demonstrate proven experience in IPO executions with a high level of motivation and commitment to deliver
  • Familiar with relevant regulators
  • Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is necessary, Chinese writing skill preferred
