You will require the following qualifications and skills University graduate in any discipline More than 10 years of solid General Insurance Casualty line (or Property & Casualty experience) and underwriting experience in a direct insurance company Excellent stakeholder management skillset, particularly managing expectations Ability to push for clarity more particularly of grey areas around definitions of business metrics and data Confidence in working within a diverse company with multi cultures and nationalities celebrated #J-18808-Ljbffr
