Job Description Company Overview We are a China-based trading & investment group focused on mines and mineral resources globally. Our Hong Kong office plays a dual strategic role: it serves as the finance and treasury center of the Group—supporting financial reporting and internal coordination—and also functions as the overseas investment window of the Group, facilitating cross-border investment activities and international financial operations. Position Summary This role is responsible for handling the full set of accounts for the Hong Kong entity. You will report directly to the General Manager of the Hong Kong office, with a functional reporting line to the Head of Finance based in Beijing. This is a Hong Kong-based role with no travel required. Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and payment processing Maintain and manage full set of account books for the Hong Kong office Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting Coordinate with Beijing finance team on group-level reporting Support audit and tax filing documentation Perform ad hoc finance tasks as needed Ideal Candidates Degree in Accounting or Finance 2-3 years of accounting or auditing experience Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to handle full set of accounts Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a small team No trips required Terms & Benefits 5 days work 13 months salary + bonus Annual leave: 12 days Medical insurance Work-life balance culture No trips required How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expected to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
