Job Description About the Company European buying office Brand owner with in-house design, development, manufacturing, and marketing capabilities Main products : gift, premium, toys, seasonal and home decoration products Primary market: Europe Secondary market: Asia Position Overview You will lead and coordinate product development activities with Chinese suppliers. This role covers the full development cycle, from concept to production, ensuring alignment with time-to-market goals, cost targets, and quality specifications. Design Origin: Provided by our headquarters in Europe Key Deliverables: Timely market launch, cost efficiency, and quality compliance Key Responsibilities Evaluate supplier quotations and identify cost-effective tooling solutions Review engineering samples and provide clear modification instructions to ensure product quality and compliance Coordinate technical development between the Hong Kong office, European headquarters, and external suppliers Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring timely release to production Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and failure analysis to support engineering decisions Ideal Candidates Tertiary educated in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline 3+ years of experience in engineering or project management for consumer products Experience in toys, gift & premium, home decoration, seasonal or hardgoods is a plus Knowledge of soft toys, hard toys, mechanical and electronic toy components is a big plus Proficient in toy product structure, mechanism design, material selection, and manufacturing processes Familiar with EU market, safety and compliance standards is an advantage Open to exploring new product categories and embracing challenges Proficient in English and Mandarin Willing to travel to China as required Terms & Benefits 5 days work : Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:30pm Annual leave : 14 days Medical insurance Occasional China trip Work-life balance and supportive work culture How to Apply Please attach your CV with salary expectation to JPC Recruiting Services was established in 1990.
