2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are seeking a Manager, Risk Management to architect and strengthen the risk control framework for our Trading & Market Making division. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing a robust, data-driven risk management system from strategic framework design to real-time execution of controls that safeguard our business across spot, margin, and derivative products. Responsibilities Design, plan, and optimize the overall risk control framework for the Trading & Market Making division, covering modules such as anti-fraud, risk control strategy, data risk management, and compliance oversight. Develop and implement risk control strategy solutions tailored to the division’s business characteristics, enhancing risk identification, assessment, early warning, and response capabilities. Analyze, monitor, and maintain risk control systems; continuously refine and iterate on risk control strategies to improve prevention capabilities and system efficiency. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments at both company and business process levels; identify key risk points and internal control weaknesses; contribute to the enhancement of the overall risk management framework and internal control policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Financial Engineering, Data Analytics, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in risk management; prior experience with an exchange, market maker, or hedge fund is highly preferred. Strong command of risk control methodologies, models, and algorithms, with proven ability to identify and analyze complex risks. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools, combined with strong business acumen. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. FRM certification (Financial Risk Manager) is a plus.
