SALES MANAGER (30K-50K + commission) - European MNC forwarder & logistics European multinational forwarder and logistics company Operations span Asia, Europe, Latin America, and North America Global network of partners serving all major international trade lanes Provides integrated logistics services to leading global clients across multiple industries Position Summary: Responsible for developing new business accounts, managing client relationships, and executing sales activities to drive revenue Individual contributor role within a sales team of six members Reports directly to the Head of Sales Ideal for candidates with freight forwarding sales experience Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new customer prospects to build a robust sales pipeline Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales plans and maintain long‑term client relationships Develop marketing and sales strategies in coordination with the global sales team Provide timely and accurate management reports, and take corrective actions as required by company policies Ideal Candidates : Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Experience in retail or medical sectors is an advantage Possessing an existing client base or potential client network is a strong plus Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven Flexible, adaptable, and able to work under pressure Team‑oriented with a proactive attitude 5‑day work week 13‑month salary plus performance‑based bonus Attractive and Above market‑rate basic salary 12 days of annual leave, increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 20 days #J-18808-Ljbffr
