Identify and allocate resources required for the successful execution of IT programs and projects, including personnel, budget, and application development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as healthcare professionals, researchers, IT teams, and external partners, to gather project requirements, foster collaboration, and ensure stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee and manage the execution of specific projects, including coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. Collaborate with external vendors or technology partners, if applicable, to evaluate and select solutions, manage contracts, and ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements. Communicate project updates, progress, and milestones to stakeholders, senior management, and other relevant parties; prepare regular project reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations; implement processes and procedures to maintain data integrity, protect patient privacy, and comply with relevant healthcare regulations. Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field. At least 10+ years managing and delivering complex IT projects, including planning, resource and risk management, stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of healthcare industry, systems, medical terms, and regulations. PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and lead multiple projects. Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
