Overview Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is looking for a Guest Services Officer to join our Front Office team. Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division, the Guest Services Officer is responsible for providing quality service in a friendly, natural, courteous manner and always being attentive. The Guest Services Officer reports to the Front Office Manager. Responsibilities Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner Provide guests with a quality room orientation Perform professional lobby patrol duties Provide quality service, with colleagues, to all guests by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently, and courteous at all times Maintain accuracy of guest database input for the use of the hotel group Ensure room assignment is in line with guest requests Assist Supervisors in their daily responsibilities, such as Trace Report and Hot SOS follow up We Expect From You Related working experience in hotel/ guest services Fluent in both written and spoken English Mandarin and other foreign language literacy is a plus Excellent organisational and communication skills Basic computer and typing skills Dynamic and energetic Our Commitment to You Learning & Development.
