Temporary Customer Service Associate We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our Retail Team during the upcoming festive season. You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls from our customers. Key Accountabilities Handle all inbound calls with exceptional customer service, in alignment with the Peninsula standard Answer customers' inquiries, including but not limited to operating hours, logistics arrangements, and product information. Follow up with customers by phone or email if needed Handle all customer feedback in a professional manner Record the calls received by filling in the call log Work at the boutique as necessary Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills Experience in telephone customer service within a high-standard customer service environment Proficiency in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook University students / Fresh graduates are welcome Paid meal break On-the-job training will be offered Location: Wong Tai Sin District, HK We are delighted to receive your application for further consideration. #J-18808-Ljbffr
