Overview Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth – based in Hong Kong. The role focuses on driving Airwallex's growth by developing leads, qualifying needs, and supporting the sales process from early stages through to product demonstrations. What You’ll Do Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning to qualify interest and viability Move qualified leads through the buyer journey with the goal of booking product demonstrations Execute plays or designed touchpoints in the customer journey through cold calls, emails, chat and social media Present product information to customers once you have identified their needs Effectively work through lead lists, meeting/exceeding SLAs, and consistently update activity and contact information within the CRM; support weekly reporting efforts Inform and recommend outreach strategies and best practices by testing various touchpoints Who You Are Strong motivator and self-starter who can operate in a hyper-growth environment Natural communicator who loves connecting with people Aim to make an impact with a constant desire to improve yourself Resilient and able to adapt to changing market conditions while maintaining performance Process-driven, capable of developing, documenting, and following procedures to ensure efficiency and scalability Team player who can build relationships with colleagues and work independently when needed Track record of top performance or prior success in an SDR-related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required Strong interest in technology and/or financial services About Airwallex Airwallex is the unified payments and financial platform for global businesses.
