What you'll do As an Associate within the Global Subsidiary Banking Department, you will build meaningful connections with customers, understand their unique requirements, and collaborate with colleagues across functions to provide comprehensive banking solutions. You will proactively monitor client portfolios, stay abreast of market dynamics, balance risk, and support the bank's strategic growth ambitions. Promote and establish the bank's corporate banking business by engaging with global subsidiary customers. Develop and maintain robust customer relationships that facilitate cross‑selling of banking products. Assist the team head in planning and implementing strategic objectives aligned with the bank's long‑term vision. Collaborate closely with product partners and internal departments to deliver seamless service experiences. Monitor customer performance and credit status, taking prompt action to mitigate risks. Ensure strict adherence to prevailing regulations and internal controls. Support new customer acquisition initiatives by identifying potential leads and participating in business development activities. Contribute positively to team discussions by sharing insights on market trends and customer feedback. Participate in ongoing training sessions on corporate banking products and regulatory requirements. Provide timely updates and reports on portfolio performance to assist senior management. What you bring Your background should reflect hands‑on experience in serving sophisticated corporate clients within an international context, excellent client relationship management, product knowledge, risk assessment, and strong execution. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential. A university degree in Business or a related discipline. At least three years of experience in corporate banking. Previous exposure to managing global subsidiary customers is highly desirable. Proven credit analysis skills and commercial awareness of market dynamics. Comprehensive understanding of corporate banking products. Exceptional communication abilities in English and Chinese. Outstanding presentation skills. A collaborative mindset.
