About the Role Join MUFG Bank as an Associate in the Real Estate Department of our Global Corporate Banking Division in Hong Kong. You will support relationship managers, promote banking products, monitor asset quality, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. What you’ll do Support relationship managers in promoting corporate banking products to achieve net operating profit targets while acquiring new clients within the real estate sector. Assist in planning and setting strategic objectives that align with the bank’s long‑term goals. Work collaboratively with Product Offices to optimise balance sheet performance and enhance customer satisfaction. Drive cross‑selling initiatives by identifying opportunities for transaction banking, overdrafts, foreign exchange, derivatives, and other relevant services. Monitor customer performance and credit status on a regular basis, taking prompt action when necessary. Ensure timely completion of all departmental actions, including regional key performance indicators. Maintain full compliance with prevailing regulations by adhering strictly to internal controls. Undertake additional assignments as directed by senior colleagues or management. What you bring A university degree in Business or a related discipline. Between two and four years of hands‑on experience in corporate banking. A well‑developed commercial sense to identify business opportunities. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate banking products. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Sufficient PC literacy for data analysis, reporting, and communication.
