Investments and Wealth Solutions Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of investment products and services to our RB&W customers, from high-net-worth individuals to mass segments across channels. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers, covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposits to customers looking for regular coupon payment. Furthermore, we provide securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets, offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for the investment needs of sophisticated investors. Principal responsibilities Provide global markets insights and commentaries as well as investment advisory services for Retail Banking and Wealth, conduct global markets analysis to facilitate customers’ understanding of the fundamentals and risks Conduct internal briefing on house views and asset allocation strategy of CIO Office Review the house views and asset allocation strategy to assess the suitability of investment services with reference to market situation and customer feedback Manage the performance and development of team members by monitoring KPIs and conduct, encouraging good communication amongst all levels of staff, coaching, counseling, identifying and addressing training / improvement needs Participate in serving high-net-worth individuals by joining client meetings with relationship managers from various wealth management units of the Bank, and provide investment-related information / house views / portfolio solutions to clients upon request Participate in the development and implementation of initiatives related to compliance, systems and procedures for Investments and Wealth Solutions division Keep abreast of the market practices and the latest developments in global investment markets and products Requirements University degree with major in Finance OR other relevant qualifications, with passes in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations, CFA is a plus Over 10 years’ experience in CIO function or investment advisory services, with good knowledge of global markets / investment products and with team management experience Fulfilment of the competency requirements to carry out relevant regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Strong self-motivation, with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and work under pressure Proficiency in both written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua You’ll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited. / careers https : / / / company / hang-seng-bank Hang Seng is committed to service excellence.
