Business Development and Account Executive (B2B2C & B2B, Gift & Premium) Our client is an IP licensee specializing in consumer toys and gift items. They work closely with well-known IP holders, developing creative and market-driven products targeted at both B2B and B2B2C channels. They are seeking a proactive and creative Business Development & Account Executive to join them. Job Duties (Client-facing): Handle daily communication with B2B clients (distributors and dealers) Prepare product proposals, quotations, and tender documents Present new and trendy IP-licensed products to clients Explore new business opportunities and develop new clients where applicable (Internal Coordination): Work closely with the internal product development team to share client feedback and market insights Coordinate order and sales management, including cost calculation and timeline follow-up Plan and support online promotional activities and SNS campaigns Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales & marketing, or business development (Candidates with less experience will also be considered) Good command of written and spoken English Creative, proactive, and passionate about consumer trends and product marketing Able to present ideas and product concepts in a way that resonates with international buyers Package 5-day work week / Banking Holiday / Annual Leaves starting from 10 days / Special Leaves (Sick Leaves, Paternity/Maternity, …) / Medical Insurance CONTACT US for more details of this position and/or PRESENT HOW YOU FIT IN THIS POSITION To apply, please send your full resume in Word format to indicating the job title.
