Responsibilities Administer and coordinate in operating Access Control System and devices, including e-Security Gates Handle, process and control of Airport Restricted Area (ARA) permit and Sponsoring Organisation (SO) application in compliance with the ARA Permit Control Manual Assist in reviewing the ARA Permit System Manual, Permit Control Plan and any ARA Permit-related procedures update Coordinate with the Permit Office on a series of tasks related to ARA Permit operations, including the provision of ARA Permit consumables, administrative support and handling associated procurement and payments Organise Security Awareness Cultural events, including briefings, workshops and road shows, by coordinating with speakers and various stakeholders for venue arrangements, preparation of presentation materials, and attendance record Prepare and analyse security statistics and financial reports related to security operations Assist in ad hoc security operation tasks Requirements Degree holder with 3 years working experience, preferably in airport operation Good team player with good interpersonal and organisational skills Sensitive to figures, organised and independent Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Possession of a valid HK driving licence is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
