Responsibilities Reporting to the International Sales Director, you are located in the area to manage and develop the distribution of the Group's Châteaux, Estates, and brands across Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. Your main responsibilities shall include: Develop the commercial strategy and ensure its implementation Strengthen and grow strategic partnerships, while identifying new business opportunities Secure the execution of the yearly business plan and monitor performance indicators with partners Monitor the area marketing budget, recommend and ensure major activations (trainings, tastings, dinners…) Support and regularly assist partners' field teams to develop strategic brands across all channels (on-trade and off-trade) Represent and promote Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite Provide regular reporting to the International Sales Director based in France. Requirements You have at least 2 years of successful experience in international wine business development, ideally within Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, or the Republic of Korea markets. You possess strong knowledge of wine, as well as of French and international vineyards. Your interpersonal skills, customer-service mindset and availability allow you to build long-term partnerships with your clients. Committed, persistent and proactive, you bring forward new ideas and identify business development opportunities.
