Add expected salary to your profile for insights The Keystone Programme is a multi-year programme implementing ATLAS (Core Banking System), SC Pay (New Payments Platform) & Euronet (New ATM Switch) to replace current varied core banking applications in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Thailand. The Keystone Programme will transform and modernise the Bank’s core system and operating model to optimise speed-to-market and value. Key Responsibilities for the assigned Business Domains/s include: The role holder is accountable for tracking all the aspects of project management principles. It involves tracking all key aspects around Change control board, as well as any adhoc activities like audit support and management reporting The candidate should have proven experience in handling PMO related work large transformation program. Pre-requisites include hands-on experience in Program Tracking, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Project Audit and Control, Financial Management and other areas under project management principles. The role interfaces with technology leads and other technical teams to understand technology areas of work to effectively support the tracking of various tasks and action trackers. Change Control Board Planning and Tracking Effectively manages dependencies and constraints across the different change requests and the programme. Track change request progress, and actively engage stakeholders to ensure information is timely passed on to the Change Control Board Chair Update ADO / Trackers accurately based on inputs received from stakeholder Programme/ Project Governance, Process and Standards Ensures the Bank’s defined Programme Management standards, policies and governance are applied across the program. Ensures that risks and issues are identified, maintained, reviewed, addressed and escalated in a timely manner Establishes relevant workstream forums, prepares and leads relevant forums, follows-up on actions. Communication/ Reporting Produce summary for new Change Requests for discussion in various forums. Produces Change Control Board summary packs and briefs senior management on the status of their investment in line with the programme governance model. Taking effective minutes and notes for forums where Change Requests are discussed, and ensure the comments are reflected in the tracker Encourages and enforces high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency in logs, trackers and reporting materials. Qualification Education Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or relevant area Experience At least 10 years experience in project management, with exposures in change management and program tracking Languages Business English, Cantonese an advantage Role Specific Technical Competencies Excel, Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint, ADO, Jira Sharepoint & Confluence About Standard Chartered We're an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
