Business Development Position 業務拓展崗(Cross-border leasing 跨境租賃) 負責跨境租賃業務市場拓展，負責具體實施租賃業務各項工作，包括同客戶接觸談判，客戶需求分析，對客戶進行調查和評估工作，融資租賃項目的設計和實施等，完成各項業績指標。 負責發展、維護和協調各種業務合作關係，確保專案的積極拓展和業務運行。 負責專案的洽談及簽約，並確保付款條件滿足。 負責真實、有效的完成專案盡職調查並撰寫盡調報告。 把控具體專案進度，保證日常業績預測的準確率。 負責收集並分析所在區域政策、行業及客戶的最新動態，提出產品設計改進和創新的建議，為行業產品提供決策參考。 負責落實執行區域資產租後管理計畫，定期回訪存量客戶，維護存量客戶關係、協助完成對逾期項目的資產催收工作，保證資產安全。 負責簽約項目租賃期結束前的具體執行、管理和監控，包括對承租人租賃項目及租賃物件跟進等資訊的收集回饋。 完成公司安排的其他工作。 任職資格 大學本科或以上學歷，金融、市場行銷、管理、國際關係、經濟等相關專業。 三年以上相關工作經驗優先。 持有金融行業相關從業資格優先。 優秀的英語及中文聽、說、讀、寫能力；掌握融資租賃相關的理論和實踐知識；掌握境內、外業客戶經營特點、運作流程；具有良好的談判技巧，廣泛的社交能力和解決問題的能力；能承受較大工作壓力，能適應經常出差的工作要求；良好的職業道德素質、一定的溝通協調能力、正直誠信，強烈的團隊合作精神和集體榮譽感。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
