业务发展经理（Business Development Manager）

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (Sales and Marketing) with a strong interest in the cross‑border payment industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance or high‑net‑worth sectors, especially in insurance, banking, and luxury branding, along with a track record of successful sales to drive our growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities across a variety of channels, including the insurance and property sectors, securities firms, and luxury brands. Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service tailored to their specific requirements, with the goal of achieving sales targets. Meet and exceed sales targets related to cross‑border payments and digital assets. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to drive growth in these sectors. Collaborate with various internal teams, including compliance, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery. Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure that client KYC processes are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Identify potential risks associated with cross‑border transactions and digital asset investments. Work with compliance and risk management teams to develop strategies to mitigate these risks while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Develop and implement bespoke professional solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. Proven experience in the banking and financial industry is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
