誠徵資深金融衍生品銷售交易與結構性產品設計人才 國聯証券（香港）有限公司誠意邀請有志於金融行業發展的高潛力人才加入。我們正積極尋找一位資深的金融衍生品銷售及交易專才，負責開發及管理結構性金融產品， 能夠牽頭金融衍生品銷售交易與結構化產品設計工作，負責票據、股票、外匯等衍生品的交易執行與風險管控，支撐部門交易業務規模與收益成長。開展股票市場和股票衍生品市場。 開展跨境業務。根據監管的要求，進行香港數字資產發展行業交流和市場動態追踪者。 您的工作 1) 執行衍生品銷售交易（包括期權、互換、結構化票據等），控制交易成本；設計結構化金融產品（如收益憑證、掛鈎標的衍生品的理財產品），滿足客戶增值需求；跟蹤全球衍生品市場動態、政策變化與流動性情況，優化交易組合，管理市場風險與信用風險；與交易對手方建立穩定合作關係，維護交易渠道暢通； 2) 跨境投資交易與產品設計，熟悉TRS、南北向通、結構性存款、QDII、QFII、QDLP等跨境產品和客戶。 3) 開展股票量化基金服務、私募基金服務和上市股東服務相關業務。開展ALPHA CAPTURE等業務。 4) 協同境內公司和境外業務，為客戶提供方案諮詢與交易支援。 我們期待您擁有 1) 學歷：本科及以上學歷，金融、數學、法律、電子工程、計算機和自動化等相關專業，名校背景或海外留學經驗優先； 2) 經驗：金融衍生品銷售或者交易經驗，具備香港券商 / 國際投行衍生品交易或結構化產品設計經驗，熟悉香港股票衍生品市場交易規則與清算流程者優先；具有香港合規數字資產見解和知識優先；熟悉如TRS、QDII、QFII、QDLP、QFLP跨境產品優先。 3) 能力：熟悉衍生品定價模型（Black‑Scholes、蒙特卡洛模擬等），具備獨立交易決策能力； 4) 素質：極強的學習能力、優秀的抗壓能力和多線程工作能力、良好的市場洞察力、能適應金融市場快節奏工作環境，具備團隊協作精神；必須具備全中英文環境下工作的能力，普通話、英文、粵語兩文三語精通者優先。 此外，滿足以下條件優先：具備香港合規券商 / 虛擬資產持牌平台的虛擬資產產品設計、交易或合規經驗；了解香港虛擬資產監管框架，虛擬資產技術底層與行業生態；具備產品設計、交易執行與風險管控的綜合能力；英語聽說讀寫流利，能應對跨境合規與業務溝通；極強的合規意識與風險敏感度，具備創新思維與跨部門協作能力，能適應快速變化的行業環境。 #J-18808-Ljbffr
