About the Role We are looking for a highly organised, resourceful, and tech‑savvy Sales Operations Executive to help build the operational backbone of our B2B business. This role manages SKU creation, product catalogue accuracy, compliance checks, and commercial research, while working closely with Procurement through a dotted‑line reporting structure. You will also be expected to understand and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve operational efficiency. This is a role for someone who is scrappy, adaptable, and excited to work in a fast‑paced start‑up environment where things move quickly and operational excellence truly matters. What You’ll Do Own end-to-end SKU creation, updates, and maintenance in Prenetics’ internal systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness across all product details. Maintain and continuously improve the full product catalogue, ensuring all fields, product specs, and metadata are consistent and up to date. Support Procurement through dotted‑line reporting: collect supplier documentation, align product specifications, and help manage compliance files. Use AI tools (ChatGPT, data extraction tools, workflow automation, summarisation tools) to streamline research, documentation reviews, cataloguing, and reporting. Conduct supplier and product research (certifications, technical specs, pricing benchmarks, regulatory requirements) to support decision‑making. Manage B2B onboarding processes, ensuring partners are properly set up across systems with correct SKUs, pricing, compliance records, and account data. Coordinate across Sales, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Product teams to ensure product readiness and smooth commercial workflows. Troubleshoot SKU discrepancies, data errors, and system issues with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset. Support tender packages, product specification sheets, compliance statements, and required documentation. Improve SOPs, processes, and catalogue structures using AI technology and operational best practices. Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and summaries to support commercial and procurement teams. Who You Are Highly detailed, structured, and comfortable managing large datasets and catalogues. Knowledgeable in AI tools and excited to apply AI to operational workflows (automation, data review, formatting, research). Scrappy, fast‑moving, and adaptable — able to figure things out quickly with limited guidance. Strong research and analytical skills; able to find, verify, and organise information clearly. Effective communicator who collaborates well with both internal teams and external suppliers. Proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and can work independently. Experience in sales operations, SKU/product management, procurement support, or supply chain is a plus. Thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment typical of start‑up operations.
