What You’ll do Develop and maintain various channels for recruitment, build up the database of talents, keep a long‑term relationship with the potential candidates. According to business development requirements, lead and improve talent acquisition process and efficiency, to identify the right candidate profiles in a timely manner. Monitor the recruitment process, analyse the results and complete weekly/monthly/annual reports. Ensure accurate payroll and social welfare administration, covering calculation, personnel cost analysis, reporting, and filing. Implement daily operations in accordance with company and country HR policy and procedure. Review market trends and internal practice; propose and implement salary structure development. Maintain and update HRIS databases. Provide the latest information on laws and regulations for reference by each city on ER execution. Support annual salary adjustment, providing relevant data for salary review, and prepare new salary letters. Manage annual bonus issues, covering data preparation, analysis, and implementation after approval. Prepare annual HR budget, communicate with BU managers for adjustments, and analyse for management review. Oversee staff onboarding and demission management, including risk management, exit interview, and turnover analysis, and provide suggestions for employee retention. Standardise staff documentation per standardization. Negotiate staff contract termination and draft agreements. Handle staff relations, answering staff questions about company policy, welfare, and various insurance. Produce monthly HR reports. Work with cross‑departments and support other HR projects. Other work assigned by HRD. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration related discipline. At least 3 years of HR experience in the Logistics/Freight forwarder/Shipping/E‑commerce industry is an advantage. Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with staff within the organization. Result oriented and willing to work in a fast‑paced environment. Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin & English. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
