APAC Compliance Analyst

Add expected salary to your profile for insights We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to join our APAC team. Reporting to the VP, Global Supply Chain Assurance, this role will focus on compliance due diligence and risk assessments across the supply chain, ensuring regulatory and internal compliance standards are consistently upheld to safeguard our operations. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and compliance due diligence on new and existing customers, payment entities, shipping locations, and freight forwarders. Perform detailed KYC (Know Your Customer) analysis, including reviewing organizational structures, geographical locations, shareholder percentages, and relationships among headquarters, parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates. Analyze export activities, SIPs and PEPs’ records, third‑party screening results, sanctions list, and financial records to identify potential compliance or regulatory risks. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to enforce compliance standards and support supply chain risk mitigation efforts. Prepare and report compliance findings along with risk mitigation recommendations to management. Support various ad‑hoc compliance assignments or projects as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business‑related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk assessment, or KYC within regional or multinational environments. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to supply chains, export compliance, sanctions, and anti‑money laundering. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin and other regional languages an advantage. Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage multiple assessments in a fast‑paced environment.
