For more information, visit The Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives and solidify Amber Premium's position as a leader in the institutional digital asset space. This role requires a visionary leader who can craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that elevates our brand, communicates our value proposition, and drives growth within our target audience of institutions and high-net-worth individuals. The incumbent will be responsible for the full marketing mix, from brand strategy and product marketing to digital campaigns and public relations. You will own our brand narrative, ensuring it resonates authentically within the sophisticated and fast-evolving Web3 landscape. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy & Leadership:Conceive, develop, and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy that aligns with Amber Premium's business objectives. Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition. Brand & Product Marketing:Act as the primary brand steward, refining and amplifying our messaging. Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services and solutions. Integrated Communications & PR:Direct our public relations and communications efforts. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists, and influencers in the finance and crypto sectors to secure high-impact coverage. Content & Campaign Management:Lead the creation of compelling, high-quality content (thought leadership articles, market analysis, whitepapers, social media content, press releases) tailored for an institutional audience. Design and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, measuring and reporting on performance and ROI. Strategic Partnerships:Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with key players in the ecosystem to enhance brand visibility, promote our offerings (including card services), and drive mutual growth. Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration:Lead and mentor marketing team members while fostering a culture of high performance. Work collaboratively across departments, including sales, compliance, and technology, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in a leadership capacity. Candidates who are deeply crypto-native or possess extensive marketing experience specifically within the cryptocurrency/Web3 industry will be highly preferred. Profound, demonstrable understanding of the entire Web3 ecosystem, including CeFi, DeFi, blockchain technology, and the institutional crypto landscape is essential. Established network of media contacts within top-tier financial and cryptocurrency publications. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with exceptional professional communication, presentation, and writing skills in both languages. Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
