ServiceNow Support Analyst – Global Investment Bank – Hong Kong The role: Provide level 1 and 2 technical support for internal users Utilize ServiceNow to manage incidents, requests, and changes effectively. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements. Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge articles, user guides, and process workflows. Work closely with IT teams, including developers and system administrators, to resolve complex issues and implement solutions. Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to enhance their understanding of IT services and tools. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance service delivery. What you offer: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical support or IT service management, preferably within a financial services or banking environment. Experience with ServiceNow, including incident management, change management, and knowledge management. Familiarity with ITIL best practices and understanding of networking, operating systems, and database management. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
