You will lead, strategize, drive key initiatives, and foster strong partnerships to achieve mutual success. Core Responsibilities Lead and drive HKTW Business Unit’s eCommerce strategy and team based across HK & TW to achieve target commercial results & 3-year vision. Partner GM in eCommerce related business tasks & decisions Contribute proactively to make joint decisions for the BU as a member of BU HKTW Leadership Team. Collaborate with Marketing, BU leaders & APAC eCommerce team members to ensure broad strategy & execution alignment. Partner with Marketing Director to develop cohesive, well-rounded marketing strategies based on LEGO HKTW commercial plan. Establish relationships with media partners, agencies, and internal customers to proactively identify emerging opportunities and develop plans Lead strategic partnerships with all eCommerce customers (pure, omni) within BU, serve as Senior customer management. Lead eCommerce Sales team on channel strategy & account growth including topline, terms discussions and profitability Lead eCommerce Marketing team to drive campaign performance & activities across e-Com customers and occasions. Lead eComm Analytics to enable data-driven decision making through partnership with BU / APAC Analytics and Insights team Lead key activities relating to budget, on-platform digital performance marketing, including SEO, SEM, Display, Retail Activation Optimize eCommerce Team resources to provide effective growth support to all required customers with eCommerce sales (incl. those outside of eComm team, based on strategic prioritization) and alignment of those plans across geographies. Develop commercial articulation & performance reporting needs towards Regional organization to identify key strategic focus areas on BU / customer level Lead talent development, future-proof BU’s digital & eCommerce capabilities and retention of digital workforce within BU, building a strong and collaborative work environment Build strong team performance, culture and drive talent maximization across BU eCommerce team Build a test and learn culture to encourage innovation and experimentation. The eCommerce team is empowered to lead and run all eCommerce sales, marketing and activations with best-in-class quality by collaborating with other functions e.g. Marketing, Sales, Operations, Regional teams to deliver harmonized brand experience across the touch points and achieve the commercial target. Position will directly report to General Manager, BU HKTW and can be based in either Hong Kong or Taiwan Office. Do you have what it takes? 7+ years of commercial experience of key account management, eCommerce or Digital Marketing specialization. Detailed & analytical orientation on daily eCommerce traction and ways of working with team, without micromanagement.
