Key job responsibilities Office hours duty in data center operations Capacity landing and decommissioning according to process guideline Run rack to rack cabling including fiber and copper cables upon Amazon standards. Rack cabling coordination and quality control Innovate and contribute from day to day operation experiences to improve operation efficiency Maintain proper media operations according to process guideline Site management and maintain tidiness in operation areas Assist Hardware Break‑fix and troubleshooting according to process guideline A day in the life Take ownership of technical issues, utilizing cross‑team collaboration when needed to drive resolution Strive for operations excellence and innovate improvement ideas Use ticket system to prioritize and track the installation, diagnosis, and hardware or network issues Maintain service level agreements through the rapid response to emergency issues About the team Diverse Experiences AWS values diverse experiences.
