We are looking for a dynamic and self driven Associate Product Manager to join our marketing team. The Opportunity This is a unique chance to sit at the intersection of medical technology, marketing, and commerce. You will translate clinical features into compelling market advantages and drive demand through creative and strategic marketing. We believe in nurturing talent. While we prefer candidates with direct experience, we enthusiastically welcome applicants with less experience who demonstrate a passion for the industry and core marketing competencies. Exceptional candidates will be considered for a dedicated Junior Product Coordinator position with a clear path for growth. Key Responsibilities Product Marketing & Strategy: Support the development and execution of product launch plans, positioning, and messaging for medical aesthetic devices. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clinical trainers, and supplier partners to ensure market alignment and achieve business objectives. Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept to analysis, targeting both B2B professionals and end-consumers. Event Planning: Organize and manage professional events, including webinars, workshops, trade show exhibitions, and physician training sessions. Content & Visual Design: Oversee the creation of high-impact marketing materials (brochures, datasheets, videos, website content). Experience in guiding visual design for product promotion is essential. Advertising Placement: Manage the placement and performance tracking of advertisements across digital platforms (social media, Google, YouTube) and offline channels. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform product and marketing strategies. We Are Looking For Someone With Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Science related field. Preferred: 1-3 years of marketing experience, ideally within medical devices, aesthetic injectables pharmaceuticals, or a related B2B healthcare field. Preferred: Working knowledge of medical aesthetic technologies (e.g., HIFU, laser, RF, IPL). A keen interest in the science behind beauty tech is a must. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data. Proactive, results-oriented, and a true team player.
