5 Days work Strong reporting and consolidation skills required About Our Client Our client is a key player in the publishing business and they are looking for an EA to support the COO and CFO. On top of the day to day secretarial support, this candidate will need to be confident with drawing up reports, consolidating data and information quickly and accurately. This is a brand new headcount and they want someone who is proactive, can work independently and take initiative Job Description As an Executive Assistant to the COO/CFO, your main responsibilities will include: Providing high-level administrative support to the COO and CFO, including managing schedules and correspondence. Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items. Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Assisting in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration. Organising travel arrangements and managing expense reports for the executives. Maintaining and improving organisational systems to enhance efficiency. Supporting ad hoc projects and assignments as required by the COO and CFO. The Successful Applicant A successful Executive Assistant to the COO/CFO should have: Higher education in business administration or relevant studies Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in decision-making. A proactive and resourceful attitude with a focus on problem-solving. Prior experience in a similar role within the business services industry is an advantage. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
