Basic Qualifications 1+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience Knowledge of IT system hardware and network concepts. Degree / High Diploma or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related disciplines. Understanding on incidents response and prioritization. Good Attention to details Good written and verbal communication in English. Experience in network cabling include optical Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of data center experience Knowledge of cloud computing technologies. Knowledge of fiber optic and copper cabling standards, testing equipment and troubleshooting methodologies Knowledge on continuous process improvement.
