Responsibilities Provide day‑today technical support, troubleshooting client issues and answering technical questions across hybrid and AI‑enabled environments. Support basic maintenance of CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics CRM) and assist with SQL Server administration and routine network upkeep. Communicate in fluent English with clients to clarify requirements and report progress. Take part in ongoing technical training and knowledge sharing to build professional skills. Collaborate closely with engineers and customer‑facing teams, delivering a customer‑centric service. Requirements Hands‑on knowledge of SQL Server or network maintenance, or proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., .NET / C#). Strong English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. Degree or background in computer / IT fields, or equivalent operational / maintenance experience; quick learner. Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service orientation.
