Handle inbound customer enquiries and proactively make outbound warm calls to existing Premier customers Deliver excellent telephone customer service , listen to customer needs, and resolve issues efficiently Identify opportunities to offer suitable banking, wealth, and financial solutions (credit cards, investments, insurance, loans, etc.) Provide professional and compliant banking support while achieving service and sales targets Support various bank initiatives as required Who are they looking for? Higher Diploma or above - Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Excellent customer service skills over the phone and be a good problem solver. Good verbal communications skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin - These skills are essential for effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.
