About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team lead to oversee our Night Shift Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the night shift operations and leading a small team to ensure accurate and timely execution of tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals who are ready to take ownership of a shift and drive process excellence in the pension and financial services sector. Working Hours Night shift – 10:00PM to 6:00AM (5-day working week) Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the night shift team in managing MPF operations, such as document management, member enrolment, contributions, transfers, and withdrawals depending on team assignment. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and service standards. Act as the main point of contact during night hours, managing escalations and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts. Monitor workflow and allocate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure service quality. Coach and support team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Collaborate with day shift teams and other departments to ensure seamless operations and system updates. Requirements Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in pension or financial services, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong people management skills with the ability to lead a small team independently. High attention to detail, with strong problem-solving and time management capabilities. Proactive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges. Less experience candidate may be considered as Assistant Manager.
