About the role Full‑time hotline customer service role based in Kwun Tong, offering high‑quality service over the phone. What you'll be doing Handle incoming phone calls from customers and provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable responses to their inquiries. Assist customers with policy‑related questions, claims and other administrative tasks (Life insurance/Individual medical/group medical team). Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all follow‑up actions are completed. Escalate complex issues to the relevant team or department as needed. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures. What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the insurance/banking industry. Passed IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service. Good problem‑solving and decision‑making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively. Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage. Familiarity with insurance products and terminology.
