Handle incoming phone calls from customers and provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable responses to their inquiries Conduct outbound calls to follow up pre approval cases Assist customers with policy-related questions, claims and other administrative tasks (Underwriting, Prior Authorization Approval, Letter of Guaranteed (LOG) Medical Service booking and advice, and In/Outpatient arrangement) Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure all follow-up actions are completed Escalate complex issues to relevant team or department as needed Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures What we're looking for At least 1 year of experience in a call centre role, within the insurance/banking industry Passed in IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle customer inquiries effectively Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, with Mandarin being an advantage Familiarity with insurance products and terminology If you are interested in this position, please send your updated resume with details of work experience and contact number to us by clicking “APPLY NOW”.
