We are committed to complying with Financial Services Compliance to safeguard investor asset and to provide excellent service. uSMART Securities combines its leading artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to develop a new generation of mobile securities trading APP (uSMART) for investors, further optimizing the users’ experience of securities trading and help seek for better returns。 Job Responsibilities Coordinate the whole process of new product development and conduct due diligence, including mutual funds, private funds, corporate bond, structure product, etc。 Provide product training and product advisory to internal staff。 Maintain good relationship with fund houses, bond desks and issuers。 Liaise with internal and external stake holders to develop new products and perform other product management tasks。 Keep abreast of sales and product development trends in the industry and make strategic recommendations on new product development。 Closely monitor regulatory changes and assess the implications on fund, bonds and structured products。 Prepare company’s strategic development plans, internal management and business reports。 Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor。 Job Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines。 Minimum 3 years of experience with exposure of product management。 Strong knowledge on mutual fund, bond and structured products。 Familiar with equity trading flow and settlement rules for HK, US, China A-share and other markets。 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills。 Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)。 Sound knowledge of SFO。 We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates.
