Cloud Support Engineer

Responsibilities Planning, designing, and implementing IT systems across on-premise data centers and cloud infrastructure. Manage cloud infrastructure including networking, storage, and compute. Provision and configure cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and managed services. Perform regular backups and lead disaster recovery drills. Collaborate with application teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on cloud infrastructure. Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration. Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards in the cloud environment. Provide 24x7 support for production incidents. Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Requirements Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or industry related disciplines. 3+ years of experience in a cloud support role. Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud or multi-cloud platform and architecture (Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud, AWS, Azure). Strong understanding of compliance requirement on public cloud. Good understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink. Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration. Familiar with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Cloud Eye, CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). Scripting skills in bash/ksh, Python, or PowerShell. Knowledge of containers, orchestration and IaC tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform). Familiar with cloud security services (e.g., IAM, Cloud Firewall, DDoS Protection, WAF).
