Technical Manager – Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Responsibilities: Manage a team to provide daily support of the ERP system, including operating system and database patch updates, SAP and HANA patch updates, SAP BASIS support, user account management, security risk assessment, capacity planning, infrastructure design, system backup and recovery, system refresh and cloning, disaster recovery planning and drills, and troubleshooting & monitoring. Communicate with staff at all levels to solve technical problems in a timely manner. Adopt standard process methodologies and follow IT guidelines. Provide project management services such as detailed scheduling, cost and manpower estimation, budgeting, task progress tracking, and vendor performance monitoring. Requirements: Minimum eight years of SAP system support/implementation experience. Knowledge of SAP BASIS, SAP monitoring, SAP deployment, and SAP HANA database management. Ability to work independently and lead projects. Experience in government departments or government‑funded organizations preferred. Certification in SAP preferred. Demonstrated leadership and problem‑solving skills. Technical Skills: At least 8 years in ERP systems. At least 6 years in infrastructure. At least 6 years in Linux system administration. At least 6 years in system implementation & support. At least 6 years in server virtualization technology. At least 5 years in disaster recovery planning. At least 5 years in security risk assessment. Non‑technical Skills: At least 5 years working with government. Excellent written English. At least 4 years in vendor management. At least 3 years in project management. Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. Experience: At least 8 years post‑qualification experience, including at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar post and comparable capacity.
