About the role As a Sales & Merchandising Executive at Ulba International Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and optimising product presentation across our company. This full-time position will see you collaborate closely with our managers and merchandising teams to ensure our products are displayed effectively and drive customer engagement. What you'll be doing Implement and maintain effective in-store merchandising plans to showcase our products in an appealing and visually engaging way Monitor stock levels and liaise with the supply chain team to ensure optimal product availability Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and concerns Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on store performance What we're looking for Above 3 years of experience in a sales or merchandising role, preferably within the retail industry Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual merchandising Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools Fluency in English and Cantonese What we offer At Ulba International Limited, we are committed to supporting the professional and personal growth of our employees.
