About the role Takara Personnel Consultancy is seeking a talented Assistant Merchandiser, Merchandiser or Senior Merchandiser (Fashion Wear) to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui, Yau Tsim Mong District. This is a full‑time position, where you will play a vital role in managing the merchandising and product development processes for our Fashion wear line. What you'll be doing Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability Collaborate with the buyer to translate brand vision into commercially viable products Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform product planning and assortment decisions Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution Liaise with suppliers, factories, and logistics teams to optimise product costing, quality, and availability Provide regular performance reports and recommend actions to improve business results What we're looking for 0‑5 years of experience in merchandising or product management, preferably in the Fashion wear industry Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with merchandising and inventory management systems Creative mindset with the ability to translate brand vision into commercially successful products What we offer At Takara Personnel Consultancy, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
