A luxury retail brand is hiring an experienced Merchandising Director to lead a large and mature team and monitor all merchandising, planning, inventory, and stock allocation activities for HK and Macau markets. Lead a large merchandising and planning team to develop the merchandise and planning strategies in order to achieve company goals Lead the team to manage and execute product sourcing plan according the regions merchandising mix Manage inventory planning and stock replenishment for product assortment Work closely and communicate with retail team to understand customer consumption behavior and merchandising needs to align with the merchandising plans Update on the retail trend and be familiar with different product categories Requirements: Bachelor Degree or above with at least 15 years of merchandising, planning and inventory control management experience for HK and Macau retail market Strong knowledge of merchandising with prior experience from fashion retail is a must, luxury is preferable.
