This is an exciting opportunity to join our Investment team further advancing your investment research skills and grow your career in this area. 岗位职责 宏观经济研究：分析全球及区域经济趋势，包括 GDP、通胀、利率、货币政策等关键指标，预测其对金融市场的影响。Macroeconomic Research: Analyze global and regional economic trends, including GDP, inflation, interest rates, and monetary policies, forecasting their impact on financial markets. 市场分析：深入研究股票、债券及大宗商品市场的动态，评估宏观事件（如地缘政治、央行政策）对资产价格的影响。Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on stock, bond, and commodity markets, assessing the impact of macroeconomic events (e.g., geopolitical developments, central bank policies) on asset prices. 报告撰写：撰写高质量的研究报告和投资建议，清晰传达复杂经济数据及趋势，为内部团队提供决策支持。Report Writing: Produce high‑quality research reports and investment ideas, clearly communicating complex economic data and trends to support clients and internal teams. 下单：交易股票、债券、大宗商品期货及货币市场基金，汇报交易结果并管理风险。Placing Order: Actively trade stocks, bonds, commodity futures (e.g., energy, metals, agricultural), and money market funds to optimize returns while managing risk. 跨部门协作：与投资团队、券商及客户沟通，提供及时的市场洞见和投资建议。Cross‑Department Collaboration: Work closely with investment teams, securities firms, and clients to provide timely market insights and investment recommendations. 任职要求 学历背景：经济学、金融学、统计学或相关领域本科及以上学历，硕士或 CFA 持有人优先。Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CFA certification preferred. 专业经验：3-5 年宏观经济或金融市场分析经验，熟悉固定收益产品、共同基金、债券或大宗商品市场。熟悉股票经验更佳。Experience: 3-5 years of experience in macroeconomic or financial market analysis, with familiarity in fixed‑income products, mutual funds, bonds, or commodity markets; equity experience is a plus. 技能要求 精通宏观经济分析工具（如 Bloomberg、Reuters、Python 或 R）。Proficiency in macroeconomic analysis tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Python, or R. 熟练使用 Excel、Python 或 MATLAB 进行数据分析和建模。Advanced skills in Excel, Python, or MATLAB for data analysis and modeling. 优秀的书面和口头表达能力，能将复杂分析转化为简洁易懂的报告。Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise reports. 语言能力：流利的中文和英文读写能力，具备全球市场研究背景者优先。Language: Fluency in Chinese and English (reading and writing); experience with global market research is a plus.
