Conduct industry and company research, perform financial analysis, and develop financial models. Participate in the due diligence process for corporate finance transactions. Coordinate with professional parties and liaise with relevant regulatory authorities. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Accounting is preferred. Professional qualifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous. Strong analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
