Responsibilities Drive and assist in the origination and execution of investment banking deals; Organize and prepare marketing materials and other presentations; Assist in transaction execution including due diligence, transaction documentation, process management, etc.; Lead on valuation including development of financial models, financial statement analysis and comparable company analysis; Support client relationship management. Requirements Minimum of 2 year of Investment Banking experience. Minimum 1 year of track record in M&A transactions within Hong Kong & China; Minimum 1 year of M&A deal experience within at least one of the following sectors: consumer, power and infrastructure, technology or financial services. Fluency in English as well as Mandarin is required. Self-starter who is able to drive projects and workstreams; Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills; Strong written and verbal communication skills; The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines; A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork, including guiding junior analysts; A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts.
