Senior Technical Director / Director (Power and Renewable) Responsibilities Lead and grow the Power and Renewable team in Asia Control and management of the whole life cycle of the Power and Renewable projects in the region Working closely within a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specifications Liaise with Clients in relation to project progress, decisions and changes to ensure deliverables are met and produced on time and budget Be a team leader to develop and grow the team with P&L responsibilitiesAttend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings Responsible for business proposal/tendering and commercial negotiations Seek for business opportunities across APAC regions proactively Requirements An ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: Have a bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant science / engineering discipline Chartered Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or equivalent Have a minimum of 20 years’ experience in the Energy and Renewable sector Have strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills Have a good command of written and spoken English. The role will be based in our Hong Kong Office. Near native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Ability to speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) would be an advantage.
